From our experiences, shipment usually takes about one week to arrive, but sometimes it will delay because of the customs clearance work. Although we provided all information need for clearance, we are not able to ask tax related information from our customers, therefore, we suppose our customers will handle the import tax payment themselves. According to your description, also as we wanted to confirm with you, since it is an automatic watch, we are not sure if you have done fulling winding before you use it. If not, your daily move may be not enough to provide enough power to keep the watch to work. Please feel free to let know if you don't know how to solve the problem.
