Je me suis aperçu d'un problème sur la montre le lendemain de la réception, pas le jour même. Cela me semblait être un petit problème, je n'ai donc communiquer avec le vendeur que 4 jours après. Parlons du problème : il s'agit de rayures sur le flanc de la boîte typique de quelqu'un qui a mis la montre au poignet alors qu'il en portait déjà une autre. Ce sont des marques de couronne sur une belle surface polie. J'en conclus que la montre a dû être essayée en boutique mais n'a pas été rafraîchie lors de la vente vers moi. Je précise que je n'ai pas porté la montre pendant cette semaine ; je l'ai bien mise au poignet pour l'essayer et m'y faire par contre. Le vendeur a eu une attitude complètement fermée par rapport à ma demande d'aide : refus catégorique d'accepter le moindre tord de sa part, ni de juste essayer de m'aider, me conseiller ou me dédommager d'un polissage. J'ai donc dû passer par une médiation de Chrono24, qui au final ne l'aura toujours pas fait bouger (Chrono24 par contre m'a fait un geste commercial) L'attitude de ce vendeur refusant toute responsabilité et me fermant la porte au nez est tout à fait inacceptable quand on vend ce type de produit. En conclusion : si vous achetez chez ce vendeur, filmez bien le déballage de votre montre pour garder une preuve. Et si vous constatez un problème, bon courage... C'était ma 1ère expérience sur Chrono24, et cela m'a bien refroidit.

The watch was sent in perfect condition, this was confirmed by photos on the day the watch was sent to the customer, which we provided to Chrono24 for proof. After 10 days of wearing the watch, the customer made a complaint that there was a scratch on the watch. Unfortunately, this is not a warranty case, but a mishandling of the product.

There is no problem on the watch itself. Delivery time : 1 month. It was the time indicated, but it's very long. Dealer also proposed me to receive it quickier if I pay out of Chrono24 ??? The watch was received with non-valid papers (modified by the dealer). After a lot of messages, dealer finally explained to me the reason. Problem is that it is not conform with the description. Dealer never wanted to negociate the price. I would not recommend this dealer, for reasons above coupled with the fact that it was not the best price on Chrono24.
