Mon interlocuteur m’a proposé de valider l’achat dans l’attente de recevoir des photos complémentaires, j’ai relancé plusieurs fois et une seule photo a été transmise montrant un état très usagé du bracelet. J’ai demandé a revoir le prix à la baisse cela a été d’abord accepté et ensuite refusé. Je regrette le manque de réactivité de mes interlocuteurs durant cette transaction. Je suis vraiment déçu de la manière avec laquelle a été traite ma demande.

Der Packetdienst hat die Plancpsin einfach ins Fach des Briekasten gelegt ohne was zu sagen. Die Uhr sollte revidiert sein mit Beleg über 3600.- Im Geheuse sah ich eine Schraube lose rumliegen. Ich musste mich um die Reparatur bei Blancpain selber kümmern. Die entstandenen Kosten habe ich bis jetzt selber bezahlt. Die Uhr stammt von Chrono24 Ich würde sagen schlechter geht es nicht

Not to be trusted. I was flat out lied to - twice. I asked specifically if the panerai I was buying had a sandwich dial as it was difficult to tell from the images and was assured twice by the person who “had it in her hands” that it was. Well either this person is a liar or doesn’t know the difference which begs the question why is she even tasked with answering questions! I am now tasked with the inconvenience of having to claim a refund for the £900 customs duties I paid for for an item that was incorrect. Thanks Chrono24 I can safely say the worst retail experience ever! Would not recommend

Awful dealer experience. Definitely recommend not buying from them. They are slow to respond to messages. I also bought a watch that comes with a black alligator strap. After I made the purchase I was shipped a watch with a cheap looking blue leather band, and was told the strap I actually bought may not arrive for six more weeks. So I can’t wear the watch I bought as intended for another almost two months. Absolutely absurd.

La montre Blancpain que j'ai acheté chez ce vendeur m'a été déposée dans un point relais 1 mois après la commande. Le livreur UPS a sous traité la livraison, si bien qu'après de multiples manipulations mauvaises du colis, la montre laissée dans un point relais ne marchait plus. Il est vrai que le vendeur avait choisi du low cost (44 € d'envoi). J'ai renvoyé la montre avec un service Premium (120 €), et la montre a été remise avec assurance en 4 jours, en mains propres. Vendeur a éviter !!!!

Nachdem meine Zahlung eingelangt war, kam eine Mitteilung, dass das 750er Goldband der Uhr "zu Bruch" gegangen war und man ein schwarzes Lederband montieren musste. Und die Frage ob ich die Uhr trotzdem nehmen würde, wohlgemerkt zum gleichen Preis, denn Nachlass wurde mir keiner angeboten. Nachdem ich ablehnte wurde die Transaktion einfach als Widerruf durch mich gewertet. Auf meine Frage wie ein goldenes Uhrenarmband irreparabel "zu Bruch" gehen kann wurde nicht reagiert und auf die Frage wie ich zur Rückerstattung meines Geldes komme, erst nach der 2. Urgenz. Abschließend ein Interessanter Umstand - derzeit wird das selbe Uhrenmodell mit der selben Nummer auf dem Gehäuse auf der Plattform "Zeitauktion" um 3.250,- teurer als ich es gekauft hätte angeboten.

Transaction cancelled after my offer was accepted and I had paid for the watch. As the Omega had no box and a non Omega strap I ordered these just after my purchase from another site only to be told 5 hours later that the watch was already sold. Refund arrived today. Not a great service despite an apology. Still no explanation as to how it happened. I have bought many watches from many sites and this has never happened to me before This is my reason for the poor rating. P

Leveransen av klockan gjordes inte till mig utan till en för mig okänd person som bor på samma gatuadress som jag i en bostadsrättsförening med många andra boende. Jag kontaktade flera gånger leverantören UPS och frågade när och hur leveransen skulle ske, men UPS kunde varken meddela till vem/var eller vilken tid leveransen skulle ske. Utan att klockan hade levererats fick jag meddelande från Chrono24 om att leveransen hade skett och att affären därmed var avslutad. Då hade jag ingen aning om var klockan fanns och försökte därför få kontakt med Chrono24, men fick aldrig något svar. Jag hörde också av mig till UPS som informerade att klockan hade tagits emot av en person som de hade förnamnet på men inte någon mer information om. Jag har fortfarande inte fått något svar från Chrono24. När jag efter en tid fick tag på klockan, utan hjälp från Chrono24 eller UPS, och kunde kontrollera den visade det sig att packningen inte var äkta och inte heller passade klockan, vilket inte informerades om i annonsen. Klockan behöver därför reklameras eller lämnas in på service för att åtgärda packningsfelet. Jag skulle tyvärr inte rekommendera någon att handla av Chrono24 då det är är mycket osäkert om köparen trots betalning erhåller varan, och det inte heller fungerar att kommunicera med säljaren.

My order wasn't handled properly between the different agents handling my order. The messages were inconsistent and not conveyed properly. My order was cancelled with no warning or explanation after even an agent confirmed to me that the order can be processed and I just had to wait for them to confirm the new shipping cost. I found out that they had relisted the item and sold to someone else and even had to call the support team 4 times to get an explanation. Not a great experience.
