When I went to pay for the watch they told me that they had lost the watch documents. They told me to cancel the order.

Watch was described in "very good condition" and pictures on listing were photoshopped to hide deep scratches and dents on the case and bezel. Watch was also dirty when received. Shipping was done via low cost courir and took over a week but I was charged 50€ for shipping. The watch was returned (cost over 100€ on my end) and the seller took 5 days to acknowledge receipt. Furthermore, communication was bad throughout the process as seller does not respond promptly to messages. My time and money were wasted with this seller. By far the worse experience on Chrono24 I've had and I've bought a dozen watches on the platform so far. I definitely DO NOT recommend this seller.
