I finally received the watch but it is not working. I have contacted the dealer and Chrono but no one has gotten back to me.

Sehr schöner Zenith Defy El Primero Chrono. Die Uhr ist, wie beschrieben, in einem sehr guten Zustand. Fast neuwertig. Box und Papiere sind auch in sehr gutem Zustand. Die Papiere der Uhr wurden in Amsterdam gestempelt. Zu meiner Freude waren auch noch die Ersatzglieder für das Armband in der Box. Diese brauchte ich auch, um die Länge auf mich anzupassen. Das El primero Werk ist auch noch in einem sehr guten Zustand. Es läuft jetzt seit einigen Tagen bei mir unter Beobachtung und ist, wie alle neuen Werke, etwas zu schnell ;-) 5 Sterne für Kommunikation, mehere Rückfragen zum tatsächlichen Zustand, Größe, Ersatzteile wurden schnell beantwortet. 5 Sterne für den Zustand der Uhr und der passenden Beschreibung. 3 Sterne für den Versand und das Päckchen, weil die Verpackung nicht gedämpft war. Die Box ist lose im Karton gerutscht und an einer Seite hat schon die blanke Holzbox heraus geschaut. @ Royal Watch: Thank you very much for this watch in very good condition. Description was like the watch looked like. The contact was very nice and honest. But please, put more effort in packing these expensive products for international shipping, even to your neighbor state. The Box must be more protected. But, as i said, the watch is in very good condition and is running very well. Thanks, and greetings to Poland, BB.

La montre fonctionne parfaitement mais les photos ne montrent pas assez les rayures sur la lunette. De même le bracelet est dans un état moyen car il ne s’adapte plus très bien. Je suis très mitigé…

Dans l’ensemble, très bonnes communications. Sauf lorsque j’ai dû annuler la commande. J’avais bien précisé que c’était pas de sa faute. Après, plus rien! Dommage!

Die Versandbox war komplett verschweißt, gefüllt mit Styroporflocken, ein Hit ! Die Uhr war mit Ausnahme der Bandanschlüsse, 2 tiefe Kratzer, sehr schön aufbereitet. Das Uhrband von K.Reda scheint nicht original zu sein.

Fast shipment and well-boxed. Watch has little scratches on the bezel that could have been mentioned in the offer; other parts of the watch and the bracelet are in almost perfect condition. Bracelet was a bit too short, additional links could be supplied by the dealer. Watch runs properly. One of the pictures shows the Longines cardboard box and the offer said “mit Original-Box” (meaning original box is included) but the cardboard box was not part of the shipment - only the dark blue interior box and the brochure were included. Thus, the information given in the offer could be a bit more precise.

Verpackung ok Versand- ich wusste nicht genau wann das Paket ankommen würde- unegenaue Angaben!!

Die Kommunikation mit dem Händler war prima. Mein Preisvorschlag wurde angenommen, der Versand mit DPD war schnell und gut. Allerdings war der Zustand der Rolex dann doch enttäuschend, da viele Kratzer vorhanden waren, die auf den Bildern nicht zu erkennen waren. Letztlich stimmte in meinen Augen das Preis-Leistung-Verhältnis nicht mehr. Aus diesem Grund habe ich den Kauf über Chrono24 rückabgewickelt. Dies hat auch alles sehr gut funktioniert. Ein kleiner Wermutstropfen ist natürlich der teure, versicherte Rückversand an den Händler. Ich werde mein Glück noch einmal mit einer ungetragenen Rolex probieren.

Ho dovuto cercare un corriere da solo perché il Commerciante non aveva trovato una soluzione per la spedizione. La garanzia non era compilata ma in bianco e non era stato precisato. Soddisfatto ma non totalmente in definitiva.

Good seller, package packed and protected perfectly, watch compliant with her description, maybe just can take a better (faster) shipper and be more reactive. But it's fine :)

Angegebene Gebrauchsspuren mit SEHR GUT betrifft eher nicht! Uhr mit massive Gebrauchsspuren!!! 😕
