The wrist measurement was not defined clearly. It is not possible to understand wrist measurements with the picture so my expectation was delivering the original size.

The dealer did not ship the item on the date interval they said they would, though the delivery was still made in the interval they initially provided. There were a few questions they ignored and did not reply. And most importantly they asked ME questions about the product they sold. Specifically regarding the width of the bracelet. Which I think they should already have known. When I replied that this is something they should know, they replied: “it was just a simple question” :). Deeply confused.

J ai déjà expliqué à Chrono et au vendeur que la montre était grande. La première fois elle n’était pas mise à taille malgré la demande la 2 eme fois le vendeur pense que oui. Il n y a pas eu d’entente la dessus. Tanpis sinon la montre est très jolie juste bémol je ne peux pas la porter pour le moment

Eigentlich war alles in Ordnung die Kommunikation und Abwicklung des Kaufes war sehr gut. Leider wurde in der Beschreibung der Uhr nicht darüber informiert, dass keine zusätzlichen Glieder des Armbandes vorhanden sind. Somit habe ich die Uhr gekauft und konnte sie nicht direkt tragen, da das Armband zu klein war und ich zusätzlich Armbandglieder kaufen musste, um ein perfektes Kauferlebnis zu haben. Ich würde empfehlen in der Beschreibung die Armband Länge mit aufzunehmen, damit keine Missverständnisse entstehen. Meiner Meinung nach hätte der Händler hier Kulanz zeigen müssen und ein zusätzliches Armbandglied kostenlos nachliefern müssen. Daher bin ich leider nicht ganz zufrieden mit der gesamten Abwicklung des Kaufes.

Had bij de beschrijving moeten staan dat de bezel op drie plaatsen gebroken was. Op foto is het bijna niet te zien, jammer ! Mijn fout denk ik dan maar, horloge verder in perfecte staat.

I have bought the IWC pilot chrono watch (IW3777) 43mm. Upon receiving the watch I have noticed that the watch is not the model in description, but a 10 years older and smaller 42 mm IWC model (IW3717). The papers (model, date of purchase) and the description in the ad was wrong, despite showing the correct serial number. Upon informing the seller, they immediatly arrange the return of the watch. The communication with them was quick and professional.

Toch ontgoocheld omdat er niet gezegd was dat het horloge gepolierd was en dat er nog een “kap” in zat. Ik heb liever duidelijke foto’s van alle kanten. Originele tweede band zat er niet bij. Heb nadien tweede gebruikte band ontvangen maar dat Was niet correcte band die bij horloge hoorde.

The shipping was ultra fast and the package was well prepared and secured. The only negative point was that despite saying "full set // never used" about the product, it lacked one of the original straps worth 150€. I little bit disappointed so I recommend asking first and checking what would be included. In any case, recommended seller.

Simon is zeer correct en vriendelijk, helaas voldeed het horloge niet aan mijn verwachting omdat de kleur van de band te roze was, de afhandeling van retournering is door Royale zeer goed uitgevoerd.
