Die Uhr wurde erstens falsch dargestellt. Das bedeutet sie wurde seitens des Händlers mit sehr gut kategorisiert. Jedoch nach Überweisung des Geldes stellte sich heraus, dass es lediglich befriedigend war (also 3) statt Reduktion oder irgendeiner ordentlichen Reaktion erfolgte der Storno seitens des Händlers. Irreführung wurde auch seitens Chrono 24 ignoriert. Bei der alternativen Bestellung wäre ich noch immer auf Rückantwort - auch hier erfolgte die Bestellung inkl Bezahlung aber bis dato keine Lieferung.

I did not get the certificate for the watch. I concatcted them on CH24 and they stalled the conversation over 14 days so i could not send back the watch to them.. It was a birthday gift for my brother, and they forgot to pack the certificate with the watch. But stil they are saying i missed it in the box..... Iv tried to be polite but they where very very unpleasant.

This is the 5th watch I have purchase from IPPUUKISHI inc. All previous transactions have gone without any problems. Yet, this time around I received faulty accessory (strap). The dealer did not take any responsibility/ownership whatsoever of their mistake, and completely blamed this on me. Yet, Chrono24 agreed with me and compensated me for the faulty accessory – thank you Chron24 for your impeccable customer centric service; IPPUUKISHI has a lot to learn from you. This will be my last purchase at IPPUUKISHI; so buyer please be aware that is you enter a claim process, this can end-up in a very frustrating situation as it did with me.

I wanted to buy an omega watch from this company and requested to buy at 11am. Was asked @9:00 pm did i still want to purchase and i replied immediately yes. was accepted and started the process to buy at 2:30am the next day. Then received an email at5:00 am saying they had cancelled my request as it had been reserved. This was not an in person purchase, but they sold my watch to an Italian company on Chrono24 and they are now selling the watch for $2290.00 CAN dollars using the same pictures that the Japanese seller used of the actual watch, box and papers. So disappointed as I wanted this watch to match my husband's, who had just purchased his omega watch at the same time as me. It was for our 20th anniversary.

IPPUUKISHI did not believe it was important for the condition of their watch to match their listing description. My Grand Seiko SBGW005 had two chips/scratches on the minute hand and the hour hand, which was not mentioned in the description or during the communication with the seller before I purchased. The chip is located at the exact middle of the minute hand, where two edges meet given the minute hand's angular design, so while it is very minor, under certain lighting conditions and angles you can see the chip/scratch mark with a naked eye. When I took it in to a Grand Seiko dealer here in San Francisco to look under a magnifier, they said they have NEVER seen damage like this on the inside of watch glass, and more importantly not on a Grand Seiko. I am very ok with scratches and wear and tear on the outside of the watch, as wear and tear is expected from a used watch, but this was underneath the crystal sapphire glass, which had some minor scratches but nothing abnormal. IPPUUKISHI said they will not resolve or acknowledge this issue in any way because these damages do not affect the functioning of the watch. But to me, it is unacceptable for the dealer to ignore this issue when it was never addressed in the description, and for them to skirt responsibility in any way, especially because this is damage on the INSIDE of a Grand Seiko dial, a line that's known for their immaculate zaratsu polishing and finish. Very disappointed in their attitude and response.

After I placed an order to buy, the dealer acknowledges the sale and availiblity of the watch. And I'm given 5 days to Telegraphic Transfer (TT) the funds for payment (by the system). I proceed to go to the bank to arrange this 3 hours later. 2 hours later, the dealer then cancels the deal after my TT instructions for payment, stating they just sold 'my' watch to another person. I then informed the bank to cancel the TT. Sad.

I am not satisfied with the service, the full amount was transferred by bank transfer, and I was informed of a lack of the amount. When I confirmed that it was a commission for the transfer process, the company was informed and he called me a bad response, and when I told him, calculate the amount of the commission so that I do not fall into error. He told me to calculate it yourself, knowing the error is not from me, but from a bank employee

Not worth the risk. I thought they had good reviews but when things went wrong, they had no interest in putting it right. The watch came quickly. Upon inspection, although the timing was ok, I noticed the date didn’t flip over at the correct time and the winding mechanism was grainy and felt wrong. I took it straight to Rolex repair centre who agreed it was defected and said they would fix it under the warranty that was luckily left on it. The dealer had no interest in the fact they sold me a defected watch. The dealer also took the liberty of laser engraving a small Chinese or Japanese character into the clasp of the bracelet and didn’t inform me about it in the description. The dealer seems to think because they have banked up many good reviews, they can now let the odd bad experience slip by and do nothing about it. Or perhaps they are under new management - I don’t know. Don’t take the chance on an expensive timepiece. I kept the watch as I didn’t want to lose out on the tax I paid or pay for the delivery back to Japan/HongKong as this would cost me more than the repair. I’m yet to know if it has been fixed to the standard it was supposed to be when I bought it. Chrono24 has been very good about things and tried to find a solution. Unfortunately, the dealer does not care if things go wrong occasionally, as they have had enough things go right now that it doesn't make a difference to their five stars. I’d be careful with these guys. And make sure you inspect the watch very carefully and look at bracelet and clasp for the small laser engraving they make on it without telling you.

This is an entirely unacceptable claim. Time accuracy and functions were tested before shipping and there was nothing wrong. We always check the date function, since we set the time and date to buyers' country upon shipping. There was no "laser engraving" on clasp. All our items are inspected upon acquiring, online listing, and purchase(online and offline). We explained the situation to Chrono24 thoroughly when this buyer made this claim, and they immediately closed the mediation.
